This experience helped me develop greater self-confidence, strengthen my communication skills, and become more comfortable engaging with diverse groups of students. It also taught me how to represent an organization professionally, answer questions thoughtfully, and support others as a peer resource. I am grateful for the connections I made and for the opportunity to contribute to a program that encourages students to pursue their academic and professional goals.
